As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our three core departments: coaching operations, customer service, and childcare partner relationships. From supporting our coaching staff to communicating with families and building relationships with local schools, you'll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Compensation: Full-Time Position ($45k starting)

Benefits: Growth opportunities, bi-annual bonuses

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, Saturdays 8 AM – 10 AM (on-call)

Soccer Shots staff must love kids and soccer. Our Admin Coordinator should have customer service experience and possess strong organization skills. They should have a background in soccer and/or coaching. They must be resourceful, professional, and take initiative. They should possess strong communication skills, acute attention to detail, excellent event planning and coordinating ability, and great computer skills (word, excel, etc..). Must have a positive attitude, be hungry, humble, and smart.

 

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and familiarity with Mac products and operating systems.
